A new survey by PACWEST Communications Portland, Oregon shows Americans favor access to oil and gas in the U.S. Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, known as ANWR.
Given the rising gasoline prices by pressing oil prices $ 75 per barrel, nearly 60 percent of respondents said that the oil production in ANWR.
